The SAP QM Remote Support Service provided offers a broad set of options for the client. At various times support is needed but it is difficult getting senior consultants to take short or custom agreements. HealtyQM specifically focuses on this area where as larger firms skip this work.
When using HealtyQM all support agreements are backed by a Platinum SAP QM Consultant. Some of the services provided:
- Short term assignment (get in and out to cover a specfic request )
- Long term assignment (Example: 6 month agreement with 10 hours per week)
- Current State Assessment (When not sure if using as intended or where improvements can be made)
- Go-live Hypercare to help cover sites going live
- Other short term QM needs
