Many SAP projects today head towards go-live doing all the good work (Testing, Training, Conversions, Authorizations, etc) leading up to that point, but have no module detail plan in place to ensure everything will be running properly after the go-live. SAP projects base the success of the go-live with the number of issues reported during hypercare, but this does not always mean everything is being reported and major issues may surface long after the project team is gone.

HealtyQM trains the use of SAP QM Health Checks tracking from the first day of go-live through the first month. Following the first month tailoring the health checks to only those items which are normal on-going tracking to ensure the QM Module is running according to plan. This service covers setting up the Health Check Templates and analyzing how well the module is running, healthy or sick. If the system is running sick, we assist in making the adjustments to running healthy.
