For sites that have implemented SAP QM and feel they may not be running well or know they are not running well but not sure why. We can perform a SAP QM Assessment where we look under the hood to see exactly things are running. We get through number of steps to analyze the status and if things are not running well, why? Some of the steps:
- Determine the scope implemented
- Interview team members who believe there are issue in QM
- Review the QM Master Data entered
- Run Health Checks against the scope implemented
- Provide Findings Document
- Provide recommendation for improvements
- Provide Training for areas of improvement
